Returns, Complaints and Warranty

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless it is a valid complaint or a warranty claim – please contact us beforehand in such cases. 

You are generally entitled to return the goods within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

Warranty claims

In addition to the statutory warranty, there is a 2-year voluntary manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase on frames, VPACE forks and cranksets. Valid for the original purchaser.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by external factors and wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.

Warranty claims

Exceeding the permissible total weight, overuse or improper use will invalidate the warranty claim.

Any deformation of the frame is excluded from the warranty but may be covered by our Crash Replacement Programme. Damage to the derailleur hanger is excluded from the warranty. 

Use contrary to the intended purpose, failure to comply with safety regulations, improper assembly or repair, and the use of unauthorised spare parts and accessories will also result in the warranty claim being voided.
