Rigid, lightweight aluminium frame

Thanks to its cleverly designed aluminium frame with tapered tubes, the Danny offers impressive rigidity and stability whilst remaining lightweight. The dirt-specific geometry ensures outstanding handling.

Eye-catching dropouts

With its adjustable dropouts featuring a chain tensioner, integrated post-mount brake mount and 12 mm thru-axle, the Danny offers reliable braking performance and is incredibly easy to maintain.

A child-friendly crank. Powerful and clever.

We have specifically designed the lightweight VPACE SL children’s crankset to suit the anatomy of young riders with narrow hips. With a Q-factor of 150 mm, it allows for a natural leg position, resulting in greater pedalling efficiency and noticeably better power transfer. Thanks to the 3-hole direct mount, changing the chainring is done in a flash.

Lightweight and robust suspension fork

The lightweight yet robust Manitou Junit Circus suspension fork, with 100 mm of travel, has been specially developed for massive jumps and tricks. Consequently, its construction is designed for maximum stability and durability, whilst the suspension is tailored for hard landings and fast manoeuvres on the pump track – lockout included.

Optimal control thanks to ergonomically optimised cockpits

Handlebars and stems from Reverse Components are both extremely sturdy and lightweight. They are ergonomically designed to perfectly match children’s body shapes and ensure safe bike handling with maximum control. Braking is only applied to the rear wheel, to allow maximum freedom on the front wheel for bar spins and similar manoeuvres.

Scope of application

The Danny is a Category 4 mountain bike and is therefore ideally suited to jumps and drops of up to 122 cm, provided you have the right riding technique. Whether it’s a dirt jump line, pump track, skate park or street session, the Danny delivers on its promises. Due to the higher levels of stress they are subjected to, bikes in this category should be serviced regularly and checked for damage. The Danny20 has been designed for a maximum rider weight of 60 kilograms.

The perfect size

The chart shows a recommendation based on body height. However, depending on your riding style, body proportions or personal preferences, a smaller or larger model may also be suitable. Simple adjustments, such as a longer or shorter stem, a different seatpost or the position of the saddle, allow you to tailor the bike perfectly to your needs.
